What is Donorsecure?
New Story uses DonorSecure to power up our mission. We built it internally to increase our fundraising efforts and build more homes. Now, we want to provide a better donation experience for other nonprofits to increase their impact.
How much does it cost?
There’s no monthly fee for DonorSecure. We want to help your nonprofit focus more on its important mission, and less on its software costs.
We make money when a donor checks the ‘cover costs’ checkbox on your organization’s donation page, we will split that tip 50/50. This extra percentage will help you make even more money on each donation. The minimum default is 5% at this time.
What happens after I sign up?
Once you sign up, you’ll receive an email with the link to our onboarding page in our Help Center. You’ll connect your Stripe account and follow the setup steps to go live.
Do you offer hands-on support?
At this time, we don’t offer hands-on support. You’ll be able to follow the steps to start with DonorSecure via our Help Center. If you encounter a bug, please submit a bug report. We will send sporadic news via email to share new features.
Does DonorSecure connect to any CRM?
We don’t connect to any customer relationship management (CRM) software at this time.
