Adding a personal video to your team will encourage family and friends seeing your campaign to donate to the cause and support you as well. While setting up your team, you'll see the slot for a video URL. Please note that if you don't add a video, our demo video will get displayed instead.

My video isn't showing up

Make sure that when you add the video URL in this field that it's not the short link provided by Youtube, Loom or Vimeo. Use the URL link from your browser.

Don't use the short link in the share section
