How to access a donor's dashboard

One of the main perks of DonorSecure is individual dashboards for your donors. The dashboard displays essential information for the donor like yearly tax receipts, charge history, a spot to input their mailing address, and if they have a recurring donation, a place to manage it.

How a donor can find their dashboard

Each donor has a unique link that directly takes them to their dashboard. They will find it at the bottom of every new donation email sent by DonorSecure. See below.

How you can find a donor's dashboard

On your end, as manager of the organization, you'll be able to access the donor dashboard at any time by going to DonorSecure. 

Click on USERS on the left menu > Find the donor using the search bar > Click Dashboard next to their name. 

You can share this unique URL link from your browser with that specific donor if they can't find their link at any time.
