Finding a tax receipt

A donor's dashboard is a one-stop-shop for everything they need — from managing their recurring donation to tax receipts. The link to the donor's dashboard appears at the bottom of every donation email sent from DonorSecure. You can also share their unique URL by going to USERS > Find Donor > Dashboard. 

 The donor can access their dashboard and quickly print out their tax receipt. This allows you to save time at the end of the year and encourage the donor to print their own tax receipt.

The donor will see the tax receipt on the top right side of the donor's dashboard as shown below.
