How can I tell recurring and one-time donations apart?

Recurring vs. one-time donations

While recurring donations (monthly) show as default on DonorSecure, your donation page can capture both one-time and recurring donations. You can easily tell them apart on your DonorSecure dashboard.

• First, go to Donations on the left menu. You'll see all of the donations that have come in so far. 
• Under the Subscription column, you'll see some donations have a blue group of numbers and others don't. 
• The Subscription ID (blue letters) indicates that the donation is recurring. If there's no subscription ID, it's a one-time donation. (see image below)
• You can also click on the Subscription tab and it will only show your active recurring donations.
